Embraces the 10 Fair Trade principles with all their partners and offer good working conditions to our employees. They train them regularly, to improve their skills. They follow Sustainable Agriculture practices through organic agriculture, permaculture, and crop rotation.
La Plantation also created a partnership program to purchase the harvest of small-scale independent spice farms around Cambodia. Partner farms receive a fair payment and fair terms for their production.
